These Terms and Conditions govern all use of the Mostamreen website, digital platforms, donation services, and merchandise offerings. By using this site, making a donation, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Mostamreen is a unified humanitarian campaign supporting Gaza Soup Kitchen. This platform functions solely as an officially authorized digital extension of the registered nonprofit it represents. It is not a standalone charity or independent fundraising body. All financial transactions — including donations, payments, and merchandise revenue — are processed exclusively through Gaza Soup Kitchen’s official banking and payment systems.
Our mission continues in the spirit of Mahmoud Almadhoun’s final word — “Mostamreen” (We will continue).
About the Parent Organization
Legal Status: Gaza Soup Kitchen is a U.S.-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 99-4047997).
Role of This Platform: This website is an officially sanctioned digital interface for donor engagement, fundraising awareness, and campaign updates.
Financial Handling: All funds, donor information, receipts, and accounting are handled entirely by the parent organization through its existing systems.
Compliance: All campaign materials and communications published here follow the organization’s approved guidelines and oversight.
Donations
Payment Processing
Accepted payment methods include:

Bank transfers
All donations are processed directly through the official Gaza Soup Kitchen payment gateways and transferred into the organization’s verified bank accounts.
Use of Funds
99% of funds support program services.
1% covers minimal operational and legal compliance costs.
Funds are deployed immediately for active humanitarian relief.
Refund Policy (Donations)
Donations are generally non-refundable except in cases of:
Duplicate transactions
Unauthorized payments
Tax Receipts
Donations made through Gaza Soup Kitchen are tax-deductible in the United States.
Receipts are issued electronically by the parent organization within 48 hours.
Merchandise & Profit Allocation
Mostamreen offers merchandise as part of a united influencer-led fundraising initiative.
All items are produced by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand service.
100% of net profits from merchandise go directly to Gaza Soup Kitchen.
Payments are processed through the organization’s official accounts or integrated gateways.
This site does not operate a separate store or commercial entity.
Product Availability
Availability depends on Printful’s production capacity and stock.
Fulfillment Times
2–7 business days for production
Shipping depends on region (typically 7–20 business days)

Customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility
Returns & Refunds (Merch)
Because items are printed on demand:
Returns or replacements are only accepted if:
The item arrives damaged
The item is misprinted
The item is defective

Clear photos of the issue
Refunds or replacements are issued after approval.
No returns are accepted for size, preference, or color changes.

Dispute Resolution

If unresolved after 30 days, disputes proceed to binding arbitration under U.S. law.
Class-action participation is waived.
Termination

Users may cancel subscriptions or stop using the platform at any time.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, combined with our Privacy, Shipping, and Refund Policies, form the full agreement between you and Mostamreen.
Use of this website implies acceptance of these Terms.
Shipping Policy
Production: 2–7 business days
USA delivery: 5–10 days
International delivery: 10–20 days
Tracking provided via email
Delays caused by customs or global disruptions are outside our control.
Lost Packages:
If tracking shows no movement for 15 days, contact us to initiate a Printful replacement claim.
